DVD QUALITY
While we use some of the highest quality production equipment available, the quality of the final product will be affected by the quality of the original photos you send us. While Silver and Gold packages include photo enhancement, we cannot correct severely damaged photos, pictures that are out of focus, or those that are poorly lit. Photos will be scanned to CD or placed in your slideshow “as-is.”

DAMAGE TO ORIGINAL PHOTOS
Even though we take every precaution to keep your original photos safe from accidental damage, we cannot guarantee that the process of mailing them back and forth will do the same. If your photos are irreplaceable, don't send originals... send copies. We will not be held liable for damage to any of your materials during shipping or handling.

PHOTOGRAPHY OWNERSHIP
By sending us your photos, you represent and warrant that you own all the legal rights to those photos and have permission to include them in the DVD. Many photography studios have specific limits on how you can use photos shot in their studios, so if you're not sure ask your photographer. We will not be held liable for any copyright violations or legal fees resulting from materials you have sent to us and you agree to defend, indemnify and hold Mediakube, LLC harmless for, from and against any and all damages, judgments, threats, actions, claims, proceedings or other liabilities arising from any photographs, music or other content provided to us by you for our creation of your DVD..

MUSIC OWNERSHIP
By sending us the music you want to include in your DVD, you represent and warrant that you own a legal copy of the music track(s) and that this DVD is for your personal use only and is not for commercial distribution or public presentation.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Once we receive payment to begin creating your DVD, the sale is final and all amounts are non-refundable.

DVD-R MEDIA
Our Photo Album DVDs are created using high quality DVD-R media. Most DVD players on the market today can read DVD-R media, but some older players may not be fully compatible.

REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE DVDs
If a DVD we send to you happens to be defective, we'll be happy to replace it at no charge. Just return the defective DVD to us with a description of the problem and we will send you a replacement.
